Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts boneless
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 Tbs. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 large head lettuce large leaf
  • 2 tomatoes diced, optional for serving
  • 2 avocados diced, optional for serving
  • 1 cup cheese shredded, optional for serving

Instructions

  • Put the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Mix the broth and seasonings together and pour over the top of the chicken.
  • Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  • Shred the meat and serve in lettuce leaves with toppings of choice.
