Slow Cooker Chicken Lettuce Wraps

- 2 lbs. chicken breasts boneless
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbs. chili powder
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 large head lettuce large leaf
- 2 tomatoes diced, optional for serving
- 2 avocados diced, optional for serving
- 1 cup cheese shredded, optional for serving
Put the chicken in the slow cooker.
Mix the broth and seasonings together and pour over the top of the chicken.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Shred the meat and serve in lettuce leaves with toppings of choice.
