Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts boneless
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 Tbs. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 small head lettuce large leaf
  • 1 tomato diced, optional for serving
  • 1 avocado diced, optional for serving
  • ½ cup cheese shredded, optional for serving

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot pot and set cook time for 15 minutes.
  • Do a quick pressure release.
  • Shred the meat and serve in lettuce leaves with toppings of choice.
