Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ham steak
  • 3-4 cups butternut squash diced, about 12 oz.
  • 2 15 oz. cans fried apples

Instructions

  • Spray inside of the crock with cooking spray.
  • Put squash and apples in the slow cooker and stir.
  • Wrap ham steak in foil and place on top.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours.
