Ingredients

  • 1-1½ lbs. chicken thighs or breasts or breasts, boneless
  • ½ 16 oz. bottle BBQ sauce
  • ½ 16 oz. jar peach salsa
  • 3-4 sandwich rolls for serving

Instructions

  • Put the chicken, BBQ sauce, and salsa in the instant pot.
  • Set cook time for 15 minutes, followed by a quick pressure release.
  • Remove the chicken to a cutting board and shred using two large forks.
  • Return the shredded chicken to the pot and combine with the sauce.
  • Serve on rolls.
