Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

- 3 Tbs. butter
- 1 onion diced
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- ¼ tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 cups vermicelli noodles broken
- 2-3 cups chicken cooked and chopped
- 2 cups milk warmed
- salt & pepper to taste
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Cook onion in butter until soft, about 3 minutes.
Stir flour into the onion until it makes a smooth paste and cook for 1 minute.
Add broth and poultry seasoning and increase heat to medium-high.
Add the noodles and cook for about 10 minutes or until the noodles are soft.
Add the chicken and milk and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
