- 2 Tbs. olive oil if using
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs. dried parsley
Chop turnips and spritz with olive oil, or water, and sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper.
Spread out on a baking sheet and roast at 400° for about 20-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender when poked with a fork.
