Roasted Turnips

Ingredients

  • 1-1½ lbs. turnips
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil if using
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • tsp. dried parsley

Instructions

  • Chop turnips and spritz with olive oil, or water, and sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread out on a baking sheet and roast at 400° for about 20-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender when poked with a fork.
