Slow Cooker Chicken and Broccoli Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken cooked and chopped
  • 3-4 cups broccoli cooked and salted
  • 2 cups mozzarella finely shredded
  • 16 oz. jumbo shells cooked according to package directions
  • 2 16 oz. jars alfredo sauce

Instructions

  • Put a small amount of alfredo sauce in the bottom of the crock.
  • Layer the filled shells gently and pour the remaining sauce over the top, cook on high for 3-4 hours or till hot through.

Notes

Freeze the assembled shells without sauce in ziplock bag and add the sauce when you're ready to cook.
