Chicken and Broccoli Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • cups chicken cooked and chopped
  • 1½-2 cups broccoli cooked and salted
  • 1 cup mozzarella finely shredded
  • 8 oz. jumbo shells cooked according to package directions
  • 16 oz. jar alfredo sauce

Instructions

  • Mix the chicken, broccoli and mozzarella together in a bowl and fill the shells with the mixture. Half of the filled shells can be frozen at this point, if you desire.
  • Spread a small amount of the alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 9 casserole dish and lay the other half of the stuffed shells in a single layer.
  • Pour the remaining sauce over the top.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Notes

Freeze the assembled shells without sauce in ziplock bag and add the sauce when you're ready to cook.
