broccoli

cooked according to package directions

alfredo sauce
Instructions
Put small amount of alfredo sauce in bottom of crock.
Layer them gently and pour remaining sauce over the top, cook on high for 3-4 hours or till hot through.
Notes
Freeze the assembled shells without sauce in ziplock bag and add the sauce when you're ready to cook.
