Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

- 1½ lb. chicken breasts
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 cup bbq sauce ketchup or a combination of the two
- ½ cup taco sauce NOT salsa
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1½ tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbs. vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. liquid smoke
- 3-4 whole-grain buns
Toss all the ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8.
Shred the meat, stir it all up and serve on buns.
