Ingredients

  • lb. chicken breasts
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 cup bbq sauce ketchup or a combination of the two
  • ½ cup taco sauce NOT salsa
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
  • tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbs. vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3-4 whole-grain buns

Instructions

  • Toss all the ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8.
  • Shred the meat, stir it all up and serve on buns.
