- 1½-2 lbs. boneless chicken cut into pieces
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 16 oz. cream cheese spread
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 Tbs. garlic powder
- 10 oz. baby spinach leaves
- 1 lb. penne pasta cooked
- ¼ cup pine nuts or slivered almonds, optional
Cook the chicken and peppers in a skillet over medium heat until the chicken is done.
Stir in cream cheese, milk & garlic powder and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in the spinach and cooked pasta, and top with nuts.
