Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ green pepper chopped
  • 4 cups box beef broth
  • 15 oz. can diced tomatoes with liquid
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rotini pasta
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Hit the sauté button. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic and cook, breaking up the meat, until browned.
  • Drain as much grease as possible and add the remaining ingredients.
  • Set manual cook time to 5 minutes on high pressure followed by a quick release.
