- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ green pepper chopped
- 4 cups box beef broth
- 15 oz. can diced tomatoes with liquid
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup rotini pasta
- salt & pepper to taste
Hit the sauté button. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic and cook, breaking up the meat, until browned.
Drain as much grease as possible and add the remaining ingredients.
Set manual cook time to 5 minutes on high pressure followed by a quick release.
