Ingredients

  • ½ lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ small green pepper chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • ½ 15 oz. can diced tomatoes with liquid
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup rotini pasta
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Hit the sauté button.
  • Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic and cook, breaking up the meat, until browned.
  • Drain as much grease as possible and add the remaining ingredients.
  • Set manual cook time to 5 minutes on high pressure followed by 5 a quick release.
