Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 24 graham cracker squares
  • 3 cups ice cream
  • 12 ziplock sandwich bags or saran wrap

Instructions

  • Place ¼ cup ice cream in the center of 1 graham cracker square.
  • Place 2nd graham cracker square on top of the ice cream and press down to make an even sandwich until the ice cream reaches the edge of the graham cracker.
  • Wrap in saran wrap or slide into a sandwich bag.
  • Place all the ice cream sandwiches in a freezer storage bag or container and refreeze for 1+ hours

Notes

  • Use low-fat or dairy-free ingredients for these to fit special diets
  • These freeze well so you may want to make up a bunch of them and you're ready for a sweet treat at a moment's notice at a fraction of the store-bought cost.
