- 24 graham cracker squares
- 3 cups ice cream
- 12 ziplock sandwich bags or saran wrap
Place ¼ cup ice cream in the center of 1 graham cracker square.
Place 2nd graham cracker square on top of the ice cream and press down to make an even sandwich until the ice cream reaches the edge of the graham cracker.
Wrap in saran wrap or slide into a sandwich bag.
Place all the ice cream sandwiches in a freezer storage bag or container and refreeze for 1+ hours
