- 1½ cups apple butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray and lay bread in the bottom.
Whisk together the apple butter, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
Pour over the bread slices and let sit for 30 minutes or overnight.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes, until cooked through.
