Apple Butter French Toast

Ingredients

  • 8-10 slices thick bread
  • cups apple butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  • Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray and lay bread in the bottom. 
  • Whisk together the apple butter, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
  • Pour over the bread slices and let sit for 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes, until cooked through.
