Cheater Chinese Chicken

- 1-2 Tbs. olive oil
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1–1½ cups broccoli or a favorite veggie
- ¾-1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cooked and cut into bite-size chunks
- ½ head Chinese cabbage
- ½-1 cup General Tso’s Sauce
- 2-4 Tbs. sesame seeds toastes, optional
- 2-4 Tbs. green onions for serving
Place a little olive oil in your skillet.
Heat on medium heat.
Add onion to pan and saute until translucent.
Add garlic & broccoli. Give it a good stir.
Add cooked chicken and sauce. Bring to a simmer.
When sauce begins to thicken, add Chinese cabbage. Go ahead and fill the pan, because the cabbage will wilt and reduce in size, a lot!
Carefully mix cabbage into the sauce, chicken and veggies. It only takes a few minutes for the cabbage to begin to wilt.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
