Chicken Apple Sausage, Potato Wedge and Broccoli Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken apple sausage
  • 2-3 potatoes scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 1½-2 cups broccoli florets halved
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. paprika

Instructions

  • Stir all of the seasonings together in a small bowl.
  • In a larger bowl, combine the potato wedges with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Add the spices and toss to coat.
  • Place the potatoes on a large baking sheet that has been brushed with olive oil.
  • Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, place the broccoli in the same bowl you used for the potatoes.
  • Toss with a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
  • Pull the pan from the oven and add the broccoli and sausages.
  • Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the broccoli is done.
