Chicken Apple Sausage, Potato Wedge and Broccoli Sheet Pan Dinner

- 2 lbs. chicken apple sausage
- 4-6 potatoes scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 3-4 cups broccoli florets halved
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. paprika
Stir all of the seasonings together in a small bowl.
In a larger bowl, combine the potato wedges with a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the spices and toss to coat.
Place the potatoes on a large baking sheet that has been brushed with olive oil.
Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the broccoli in the same bowl you used for the potatoes.
Toss with a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
Pull the pan from the oven and add the broccoli and sausages.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the broccoli is done.
