Ingredients

  • 1 lb. stew beef
  • 15 oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 small green pepper sliced
  • 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet optional
  • 8 oz. pasta cooked
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Put everything except the pasta in the slow cooker and cook 5-6 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
  • Serve with pasta.
