- ¾ lbs. deli ham
- ¾ lbs. turkey
- 6-8 rolls or buns
- ½ lb. bacon
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 6-8 leaves lettuce
- 6-8 slices tomato
- 2-3 Tbs. butter
- 3-4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3-4 tsp. oregano
- 2-3 Tbs. mayo
Layer the meats and cheese on the bottom half of the buns.
Spread the top half with butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
Pop them under the broiler for a few minutes to melt the cheese and warm up the meats.
Top with lettuce, tomato and mayo if you like.
