- ¾-1 lbs. chicken tenders
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2½ oz. parmesan shredded or shaved
- ¾ cup milk
- 1½ Tbs. flour
- 3-4 oz. penne pasta
- salt & pepper to taste
Place chicken, onion, garlic, and broth in the Instant Pot.
Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes and do a quick pressure release.
Hit the sauté button.
Whisk together the flour and milk.
Stir in the milk mixture, parmesan and pasta and cook until pasta is cooked.
Season with salt and pepper.
