Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo Soup

Ingredients

  • 1½-2 lbs. chicken tenders
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 5 oz. parmesan shredded or shaved
  • cups milk
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 6-8 oz. penne pasta
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place chicken, onion, garlic, and broth in the Instant Pot.
  • Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes and do a quick pressure release.
  • Hit the sauté button.
  • Whisk together the flour and milk.
  • Stir in the milk mixture, parmesan and pasta and cook until pasta is cooked.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
