Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage links
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 28 oz. tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 6-8 hoagie rolls toasted
  • 6-8 slices Provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Hit the saute button. Brown the sausage.
  • Add the onion, peppers, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning to the pot.
  • Set the manual cook time to 5 minutes.
  • Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release remaining pressure.
  • Serve sausage and peppers on hoagie rolls, topped with cheese.
