- ¾ lb. sweet Italian sausage links
- ¼ cup water
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic crushed
- 14 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1½ tsp. oregano
- 1½ tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. thyme
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 spaghetti squash cooked and scraped out
Hit the sauté button and add the sausage links.
Once brown, add ¼ cup water, and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Remove sausage and slice into rounds.
Add peppers, onions, and garlic to the pressure cooker pot.
Return sausage to the pot.
Stir in remaining ingredients except the spaghetti squash.
Cover and set the cook time for 20 minutes, followed by a quick release.
Serve sauce over spaghetti squash.
