Kale Chips

For kale chips:
- 6-8 cups kale
- 2-3 Tbs. olive oil
- 1-2 Tbs. homemade seasoned salt or other seasoning*
For seasoned salt:
- ¼ cup onion powder
- ¼ cup garlic powder
- ¼ cup black pepper
- 2 Tbs. chili powder
- 3 Tbs. paprika
- ½ cup Himalayan salt or sea salt
- 2 Tbs. dried parsley leaves optional
- 1 Tbs. ground red pepper flakes optional
For kale chips:
Clean kale and dry. Tear stems from kale and break into bite-sized pieces.
Drizzle olive oil over kale and stir to coat. Only a light coating is needed
Sprinkle with homemade seasoned salt.
Arrange in single layer on oiled baking sheet(s). Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, till crisp but not burnt.
Cool and eat.
