- ½ cup old fashioned oats
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup brewed coffee or increase milk by ¼ cup
- 1 Tbs. cocoa powder
- 1 Tbs. maple syrup
- pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar, stirring well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, it can be eaten cold or warmed in the microwave.
Serve with additional milk if desired.
