Ingredients

  • ½ onion diced
  • ½ tsp. olive oil
  • ¼-½ cup ham diced
  • 15 oz. kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 15 oz. pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ 15 oz. can tomatoes diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ¼ tsp. oregano
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil.
  • Sauté the onion in oil until translucent.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Then Heat through and serve.
