- ½ onion diced
- ½ tsp. olive oil
- ¼-½ cup ham diced
- 15 oz. kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 15 oz. pinto beans drained and rinsed
- ½ 15 oz. can tomatoes diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ¼ tsp. oregano
- salt & pepper to taste
In a large pot, heat the olive oil.
Sauté the onion in oil until translucent.
Add remaining ingredients.
Then Heat through and serve.
