Ravioli with Tomato and Onion Sauce

Ingredients

  • 18 oz. bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ Tbs. olive oil
  • ½ 15 oz. can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Boil the ravioli according to the package directions. Serve over cooked ravioli.
  • While it’s cooking, cook onion and garlic in oil in a skillet.
  • Stir in tomatoes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve over cooked ravioli.

Notes

Extra tomatoes can be frozen for future use
