frozen cheese ravioli

small onion
diced
1
clove
garlic
minced
½
Tbs.
olive oil
½
15 oz.
can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Boil the ravioli according to the package directions. Serve over cooked ravioli.
While it’s cooking, cook onion and garlic in oil in a skillet.
Stir in tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over cooked ravioli.
Notes
Extra tomatoes can be frozen for future use
