- 1½-2 lbs. boneless chicken
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 7.5 oz. marinated quartered artichoke hearts with juice
- 6-8 hoagie rolls
- 6-8 slices provolone cheese
Put first 4 ingredients in the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Pull the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Broil the buns.
Add meat and cheese.
Broil again to melt the cheese and serve.
