Slow Cooker Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2–2½ lbs. boneless chicken breast
  • 1-2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 6-8 hoagie buns
  • 6-8 slices pineapple
  • 6-8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Put the chicken and BBQ sauce in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
  • Shred meat with a fork.
  • Toast buns and place meat on them.
  • Top with pineapple and cheese.
  • Broil until cheese melts.
