Slow Cooker Pork and Gravy

- 1¼ lbs. boneless pork chops
- salt & pepper to taste
- ¼ tsp. thyme optional
- 1 cup pork or beef broth
- ½ Tbs. flour
Place all ingredients except flour in the slow cooker.
Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 7-8 hours.
Remove meat and shred.
Ladle a few Tbs. of broth into a container with a tight-fitting lid. Add flour, fasten lid, and shake vigorously until well combined.
Return to the crock and whisk to combine.
Return the shredded meat to the pot until heated through and the gravy is thickened.
