Slow Cooker Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 24 oz. bag frozen ravioli
  • 14 oz. crushed tomatoes
  • ½ 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • ½ small onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. basil
  • ½ tsp. parsley
  • ½ tsp. thyme
  • ¼ tsp. sugar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mozzarella shredded

Instructions

  • Pour the frozen ravioli into the slow cooker.
  • Stir the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic and seasonings together and then pour over the ravioli.
  • Stir to coat.
  • Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 hours.
  • Twenty minutes before serving, sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • If frozen, thaw in the fridge overnight. Cook according to the directions in the recipe.
