Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

- 4-6 lbs. turkey breast
- 2 cups white wine or chicken broth
- 1 onion peeled and quartered
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 Tbs. parsley optional
- 1-2 celery stalks halved
- salt & pepper to taste
Wash and pat dry turkey breast.
Sprinkle well with salt and pepper.
Place breast side down in cooker.
Add onion, parsley, celery, and butter into the cavity.
Pour wine over top of the breast.
Cook 4-6 hours on high or 7-9 on low, until internal temp reads 170 on a meat thermometer.
