Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • 4-6 lbs. turkey breast
  • 2 cups white wine or chicken broth
  • 1 onion peeled and quartered
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 Tbs. parsley optional
  • 1-2 celery stalks halved
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry turkey breast.
  • Sprinkle well with salt and pepper.
  • Place breast side down in cooker.
  • Add onion, parsley, celery, and butter into the cavity.
  • Pour wine over top of the breast.
  • Cook 4-6 hours on high or 7-9 on low, until internal temp reads 170 on a meat thermometer.
