- 12-16 cups spring mix lettuce
- 2 shallots thinly sliced
- 2 avocados diced
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- ¾ lb. chicken grilled and diced
For the dressing:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbs. dried parsley
For the salad:
In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, shallots, avocado, and almonds.
Top with chicken, if desired and add dressing to taste.
