White Fish with Garlic Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3-4 fillets white fish such as tilapia or orange roughy
  • 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup parmesan shredded
  • Tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Stir together the mayonnaise, parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Spread the sauce on both sides of the fillet.
  • Wrap each filet in a foil packet and place them all in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
